The Ministry of Ayush has made significant progress under Special Campaign 6.0, disposing of 309 public grievances and 50 public grievance appeals between 2 October and 27 October 2026. As part of the campaign, the Ministry has also conducted 220 cleanliness drives, focusing on improving workplace cleanliness, efficient record management and optimum utilisation of office space.

During the campaign period, the Ministry reviewed and weeded out 1,525 files, freeing approximately 1,030 square feet of office space through the disposal of scrap and obsolete records. The Ministry also generated ₹1,89,298 in revenue through scrap disposal, reflecting its efforts towards better resource management and improved administrative efficiency.

These activities build upon the Ministry's participation in the Swachhata Hi Seva (SHS) 2026 campaign, observed from 17 September to 2 October 2026. During the campaign, 32 Cleanliness Target Units (CTUs) were identified, of which 20 were transformed, alongside cleanliness and public awareness activities involving Ministry officials, participating organisations and local communities.

The SHS campaign also placed emphasis on public participation and the welfare of sanitation workers. As per the reported progress, 131 sanitation workers participated in campaign activities, while 88 were recognised for their contributions. Awareness programmes involving cleanliness-related competitions and environmental initiatives were also undertaken. As part of the concluding activities on Swachh Bharat Diwas, 31 trees were planted, reinforcing the Ministry's commitment to environmental sustainability.

The Ministry of Ayush continues to implement Special Campaign 6.0 with a focus on the timely disposal of pending grievances and appeals, systematic record management, cleanliness and effective utilisation of government resources. Through these initiatives, the Ministry aims to strengthen administrative efficiency and promote a cleaner, more organised and citizen-centric working environment.
